Fish oil is beneficial to the overall health of an individual because it provides the essential omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. There are many oily fish rich in omega 3 fats, but the most easily available among them is salmon. Omega 3 salmon oil is a rich source of not only the fatty acids, but also high levels of protein.
